How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 simple reel, made from your photos and videos. Editing your own videos or a long format counts 2 credits, and 2 retouches are included per reel. AI photo retouching, voice-over and AI visuals are included (within a generous monthly limit); only real-estate virtual staging costs extra, per room. The number of credits is always shown before a reel starts, and a failed render costs nothing.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You are warned beforehand. Just buy another pack: nothing is charged without your approval. Credits stay valid for 12 months after purchase.
Am I locked in?
No. There is no subscription: you try it free, then buy a pack when you need one. Nothing is charged automatically unless you turn on automatic top-up yourself.
Do I get invoices?
Yes, every credit purchase comes with an invoice, available in your dashboard under Billing.
